I've been sitting around for the past 6 years doing a lot of thinking.... Thinking about if I should have stopped playing when I did or if I should have continued on... After dwelling on it, weighing out the pros and cons, and asking myself if I'm happy with how things ended I've decided "NO !!!!!"..... The way it all ended was not cool and I should never have quit... That being said I'm going to return... For years I've talked about a solo album that I've been working on so let me start with that.... It's not made up I have in fact been fucking around with songs that I was planning on releasing under my own name for quite a few years.... So what happened ?.... Everytime I would be ready to record I'd end up in a different band so then all my attention was put there.... After my last musical venture I was depressed and started looking for a new career.... In the process I also got married which put my music even further on the back burner....I've always considered a return if it felt right and right now it does... First step is I'm re-doing my rig... This time I gave myself a goal and a particular time frame to keep me on track.... I'll keep you all updated.... Later.

Oh my god....I forgot how long it's been since I came on here... There is a lot to be said about the past 2 years...For one I don't really do music all that much anymore...After my last few experiences I got really burnt out from it all....Don't get me wrong, I love music....I just don't have the abilitiy to deal with a lot of the bullshit that comes with it anymore....So unless something really interesting and cool comes along I'm not going to be doing much....If I can ever get the money together I do want to record the 14 song disc I basically finished writing for...I finished it a year and a half ago with the intent to go into a studio and record....Hopefully I'll be able to do that....On to bigger news....In 2010 I met a really amazing person named Misty, and we fell in love...We were married in October 2011 and we live together here in Florida with her 5 kids...I with kids....freaky right ?....HAH !!!....Anyways....That's been where my attention is at along with pursing a career in Law read that right....I'm trying to become a cop...I'm attaching a pic here of me and my wife:
Me and my wife Misty
I've also dropped quite a bit of weight and chopped off more of my hair:

That's all that's been going on in my life....Later.

Hey...It's update time again....The NAMM Show last month went great...Made some new contacts and got back in touch with some old ones...An overall productive trip...As I stated in my last update I've been workin' on new music with Angel on a project called DOGMA.... You can check out our MySpace page ( will be adding some music shortly so add us and keep checking back....We're also making plans for the summer and the rest of the year for various musical ventures.... We did a photo shoot a few weeks back, and as soon as I get my hands on some of those pics I'll be posting them....If you've followed my Twitter, Facebook, or MySpace updates you may have noticed some weird updates that were directed at a particular individual that will remain nameless....All I will say is that issue has been solved and hopefully wont pop up again....That's all that's been going on right now....Things will really start picking up in the next few months.....FINALLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everybody...Lots of new things goin' on....Workin' on new music with Angel (you should all remember him from the last band I was in) which has been very enjoyable...Musically it's like nothin' you'd ever expect from me...We'll be attending NAMM next month (January 14-17) out in Anaheim, CA....I also recently joined Chronzon...If you don't know who they are I suggest you check it out...It's some seriously brutal death/black metal:

I've got a lot goin' on right now so keep checking back....New music to be posted shortly !!!!

I did it again......Took way too long between goes....As you know I rejoined HFL, but that didn't last....Way to much drama for me to put up with and it kinda depresses me....I put a lot of my blood, sweat, and tears into that band...Not to mention money....But I cut my losses and moved on.....I got back to work on my solo album I've been talking about for God know's how long....I know some of you are probably thinkin' "Are you every gonna release anything ?"....The answer.....Yes....Why haven't I ?....Simple......Everytime I got a few things done with it I'd end up in another band, had to learn their songs, play shows, write songs with them, tour, record, etc....There's only so much time in a day....So yeah...that's why.....Luckily I don't have much goin' on these days so I've been giving my solo album the kind of time it deserves....I'm in the demo process right now and I've got 4 complete songs, 3 that are half done, and about 9 riffs that I can turn into something....I'm lookin' to have 13 songs....As soon as I've got everything together I'm gonna record everything at home then bring it to a studio for mixing....I'll worry about a band and playing out later....Every time I get involved with a band it distracts me....As for what it sounds sounds like me....I dunno what else to tell you.....It's got elements of everything I like....You can hear bits of BLS, Mushroomhead, Slash, Ace Frehley, etc. ....So yeah....That's what's up....Later.

I spent a few hours in the studio the other day listening to the recording we did for the live album, and I must say....It's pretty fuckin' sick....The drums are amazing, the keys sound nice and full, the bass was thick, and my guitar was IN-FUCKING-CREDIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!......Not to brag, but I always heard that my guitar tone sounded great from a lot of people....But after hearing this....Wow....Plus you'll all finally get to hear the live versions of all our songs... We played all but 1 track off of "Plastik", The Art Of Suicide off of "Pap3r", and 2 new songs called "Tekno Evil" and "As The Church Bell Chimes" (which is heavy as fuck)....I think you'll all be pleased...Look for Tek and Chimes to be on our new album we hope to have out early next year....I'm waiting to announce some really cool news...It's killing me that I can't tell you anything yet, but when I do announce it all you HFL fans will be very happy to hear.

Alright....I know I'm a slacker when it comes to updating, but I get distracted with other things and forget to update....Anyways....If you haven't already heard, I'm back in HFL....It's actually more enjoyable this time around....Played a few shows with them already....Got a few more coming up...Possible tour as well...We'll see what happens....We're in the process of getting our live album ready to be released, a DVD, and a new album in the works, so keep your eyes and ears open....As for Scattered Light....What about them ?....Who are they you ask ?....EXACTLY !!!!!!!!!!....LoL

If you haven't heard already I'm back in Florida...Interesting news coming soon....hehe

I've added a page called "Azrael Guitars"...Those are custom hand-made guitars I'll be  making and selling on this site....If you'd like a custom made guitar from me send me an email at with all the specs you want and I'll give you a quote....In other news, I've joined a band called Evil Epitome ( and I'm in the process off recording guitar tracks to be mixed into their demo....That's all for now...Later.

I added a few things to this site. I put up a Forum and a page for my guitar repair services. Check them out. New music coming very soon.

Hello everyone...I've been extremely busy for the past few months... Those of you close to me know I've left Florida for good and moved to Los Angeles...I grew up in Florida and I needed to get out...I needed a change and to get away from a few things...To all of the friends I've made over the years I love you guys and I miss you...I'll try my best to keep in touch with all of you...That leads me to another topic that is HFL...I am no longer part of HFL and I'm looking forward to the future...Right now I'm taking the time I never had while in HFL to work on the solo album I've always wanted to do while I attened school at MI (for those who don't know that the Musicians Institute)...I'm here learning how to build and repair guitars which is something I've always wanted to do...I hope to update this page more often than I used to and if all goes according to plan I'll have some new music up here soon...Talk to ya later.

It's been a few months since my last post so here's what's up....The 16Volt tour was a lot of fun...I really enjoyed my time with Eric driving him and his band around the U.S. (and Canada)....I learned a lot from him and I hope to one day work with him again sometime in the future (Hopefully this time in a creative way...but who knows ?)....Anyways...Since I got off the Mushroomhead tour I've been writing songs....A lot of songs....about half of which would never fit on any Human Factors Lab or Scattered Light album....So I decided to really start putting more time into a solo record...It's been something I've been wanting to do for years and I've talked about doing an album by myself for a long time but everytime I started doing it I ended up getting involved with a new band....So this time (with the help of a few friends) I've gotten MUCH better with my time management skills...well....sort've written about 18 songs that I plan on recording for a solo album and picking the 14 best to put on the actual album...I started recording the demos before I left for the 16Volt tour and wrote a few more while I was out there...since getting back home I've got about 60% of the demos finished...As soon as they're done I'll re-record all the songs properly and release it....I'm gonna add a cover song too...For no other reason than the fact I think it'll be fun....I dunno what to say it sounds like and I hate when people ask that about anything...All I can say is that my favorite bands are Guns N' Roses, Motley Crue, SIXX AM, Velvet Revolver, Black Label Society, Ozzy Osbourne, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Slayer, and Pantera....I think guitar wise there's a little of all of that on there from time to time....It's all over the place....As for a vocalist...I haven't decided...I'm gonna take a crack at it, and if I don't sound like shit it'll be my lovely voice you'll all be hearing....As for new music from any of my other two bands....New shit is coming sooner than you think....So keep checkin' both MySpace pages (HFL and Scattered Light)....That's all for now...Talk to ya later.

It's been forever since I've posted anything here so I've got quite a bit to talk about....First off I wanna say that the tour we did with Mushroomhead was amazing.... Those guys are some of the coolest and nicest guys in the music business....I learned a lot watching them night after night and that's something they'll never know how much I appreciate....The experience of touring with a national act like that is somethin' you can't describe because it's like having a dream come true....It didn't matter if we went on first, second, or right before Mushroomhead because at pretty much every venue the clubs were packed....Walking out onstage and looking into a packed house is the best feeling any musician can have...What was even better is the crowds were really into us....We're out of merch right now so what does that tell you ?....Touring with Mushroomhead has done soo much for getting our name out there and I can't thank them enough for the opportunity....The other two bands on that tour were great too....It was a pleasure sharing the stage with Within Chaos and Saint Diablo every night (I suggest you check both of those bands out)....Since getting back home I've started workin' on new HFL songs which I'll be doing every day for the next 3-4 months....We hope to have enough songs ready for a new album by August....We all gave you an idea what the new HFL lineup is about with "The Art Of Suicide" so that'll give you an idea...The new shit will be a lot more guitar driven but with that unmistakeable HFL electronic element in there too....That's all the news for now, so check back later.

Human Factors Lab will be heading out on tour with Mushroomhead next month and here's all the dates. We will be adding all the venue information to the "Shows" page on this site over the next few days. See you fuckers there.

I took down the demos I've been workin' on. But...I posted the new mix of "Voices In The Rain". The track was originally recorded sometime around late 2005 early 2006. The person in charge of mixing the album didn't do his job and as you know the album never came out. So recently I had the song remixed by Bill Murphy (Check him out here ~> ...He's amazing). Why you ask ?...It's simple...Recently MONTAG was contacted by a label interested in working with us. I'm not gonna say anything until everything is official, but a more recent recording of the band was needed. So the recordings from those sessions back in 2005/2006 were chosen to be worked on since the only people on them are myself (on lead, rhythm, and bass guitar), Thorr, and JJ. As soon as I can post more info on the state of MONTAG I will. That's all for now...Later.

A few things goin' on. I put up some new song ideas. They're not finished (I'd say 70% done). I still wanna work some more parts into there and tweak the structure a little bit. They're only on there to give somewhat of an idea on where my head is at. Also...I'll be helping Matt (my buddy from the KEEP days) out with his band Scattered Ligh...I've always said that he's the only guy I'd ever play bass for, so I decided to do it. I had a lot of fun playing with Matt in the past, and look forward to doing so again. His bands MySpace page is here ~> ....It's VERY different than anything I would normally do.I'll post show dates as soon as I get them. Later.

01/16/07 is my birthday (I'm 23), so I decided to update....I've been writing a lot and I've got about 11 demos finished...I'm gonna tweak them a bit and then go into the studio...I wanna have an album out sometime this year...the quicker the better...One of the biggest reasons I want it finished soo soon is because it's kind of a big "FUCK YOU" to a few people I know of who don't think I can do this on my own...We'll see who has the last laugh...I'll be seeing you out there this year...Get ready...I'm not taking anymore shit from anyone.

HELL-o everyone....I've got some new demos I plan on posting here in a week or so...they're very...blues based rock/metal type songs...It's the kind of stuff I've always wanted to do, but couldn't because nobody I've worked with in the past would do it...oh well...fuck ' other news....I plan on really letting people get to know "me"...I know a lot of people hate me....and that's fine...I hate a lot of people too...but if you're gonna hate me, I want you to hate me for who I really am...I'm finally moving forward and it feels good.

It's really quite sad that I wasn't even sure about the state of my now "former" band until yesterday. I knew nobody was happy and that everytime I talked to one of those guys all I ever heard was how "we can't find a bass player". I'm just a little hurt that I had to find out from someone else that everything was officially "over" because the last few times I talked to them it seemed like they were still into doing this. I guess I was wrong. All I would have liked was a phone call but unfortunately that didn't happen. That aside....I'm working on new music....Should have 5 songs or so done that I'll be sending to someone who I've wanted to work with for a while and then I'll take it from there...I'm kinda relieved that the whole MONTAG thing is out of the way because I can focus on writing the more blues based Rock/Metal that I'm into (You know...stuff like GN'R, Aerosmith, Zeppelin, etc.)...Any musicians out there interested in the same thing email me...I'll post some new shit on here soon....I leave you now feeling hurt and alone...Fuck this shit...I need a drink.

I'm on the lookout for any new or existing bands that need a guitar player. Message me if that's you.

I need to clear this up...I DO NOT HAVE ANY DESIRE TO PLAY BASS....I have been an always will be a guitar player first, and a bass player second...And I have no intentions on leaving MONTAG....So unless you're someone like Marilyn Manson, Sebastian Bach, David Lee Roth, Danzig, or Axl Rose I really don't see myself onstage ever again with a bass....I will however play bass on any recordings presented to me....I'm always looking for studio work....Sorry if I sound pissed off...I'm not...I just need to clear that up....In other some of you may or may not know, I was in Nashville from June 5-14....I must's an interesting town....I felt really out of place surrounded by all these country musicians....If you could imagine me wearin' all black and my Black Label Society vest walking down the streets of downtown Nashville that should give you an idea how out of place I felt...As for MONTAG news, we're working with a new bass player and we should be ready in a month or so with 3 sets worth if original and cover songs for you all to enjoy...Then we'll be heading out on tour....That's all for now...later.

I've decided to make my own MySpace Music page in addition to my personal MySpace page. Here are the links to both pages:

Feel free to add me to you friends list (if you haven't already).

MONTAG is looking for a bassist. We need a bandmate who wants to be part of something bigger than themselves. We don't want a hired gun, we want a business partner and a brother/sister that wants to go to the next level. We have signed on with Tourdog Entertainment and are supposed to go on a national tour later this summer.

Here's what we're looking for: No drug addicts, no drunks, no whiners, and no effeminate weirdos. Male or Female, it doesn't matter. Must have a good sense of humor. We abuse the hell out of each other !!! If you are sensitive, move on and don't even finish reading this. You need to have professional gear and attitude, and your own transportation to our practice space in Davie. Pay is commensurate with the number of gigs we play and how much they pay, keep your fucking day job for now. On the road we split the proceeds between management, the band members and a split goes to the band (as a seperate entity). If interested call the Tourdog office in Nashville at 615-469-5683 and tell them you are replying to the bass position in MONTAG.

I didn't want to post anything until it was official, but we will be playing May 6th at the Air & Sea Show. The show starts at 7:00 P.M. in the "Harley Davidson Village". We'll be playing 2 sets and it'll be a mix of our own songs and some covers. Come check it out because it will surely be something to remember.

If you don't already know my band has two shows coming up.

4/14/06 - The Wallflower Gallery - 10:30 P.M.
4/22/06 - Gumwrappers - 10:00 P.M.

Here are the addresses to The Wallflower Gallery and Gumwrappers:

The Wallflower Gallery
10 N.E. 3rd St
Miami, FL

3233 N. Ocean Blvd
Fort Lauderdale, FL

See you there.

MONTAG is in the new issue of RAG Magazine this month. Be sure to pick up a copy. You can also view the issue online at . MONTAG will also be playing at Gumwrappers on April 22nd. Big news to come in the next few weeks. Check back soon.

My band is looking for a Rhythm Guitarist. There are some song samples in the "Media" section of this website. Send me a message if you're interested and you live in the South Florida area....If you're willing to relocate let me know as well. I can't stress the "RHYTHM" part enough. We don't need another person who thinks they can play lead, so if you think you're gonna come in and we're gonna share leads, think again. I DO NOT share leads under any circumstances. I want to make that very clear so you don't go into this thinking otherwise.

I've uploaded another unmixed recording from the studio. I added the song "Parlor Games"...So many of you have asked me about the status of the album and have asked to hear more material, so being the nice guy that I you go.

It's time to dust of the acoustic guitar because MONTAG will be having an acoustic show on April 14th at the Wallflower Gallery. If you don't know where that is, this is the address:

The Wallflower Gallery
10 N.E. 3rd St
Miami, FL

I uploaded the acoustic version of "Standing In The Corner" that we recorded a while back in the studio. It's a little different than what you'll hear us play live. Both versions of the song will be on our album "One Nightmare At A Time" which is due out next month.

Just thought I'd put this bit of information up. Anyone out there reading this that plays guitar and lives anywhere near Boca Raton, FL and like B.C. Rich guitars, check out Arc Music. The guys who work there are great and very helpful. It's definitely a store run by musicians for musicians. Here's there address and email:

For those of you who haven't been to the MONTAG website, we recently parted ways with our bass player Vic...It's not going to hold us back in any way, but we wish him the best....Now that the MONTAG album is almost done (it's being mixed as we speak) we can finally start writing new material and have the album in your hands by the end of March.

I'm quite depressed at the recent news that Joseph Arthur (Leviathan) of Osiris Rising recently passed away. I wish his family and friends the best during this horrible time in their lives.

I regret to inform you that we (MONTAG) will not be performing at Churchills Pub this Saturday (the 14th)...We will however be playing at the Medicinal Marijuana Benefit next Saturday (the 21st) at Tobacco Road...We go on at 10:00 P.M. ...See you there.

Just to clear up a few things, I "DO NOT" play bass anymore. I never really intended to play bass for as long as I did once I started playing guitar, but it got to the point where the only way I could get into a band was if I was playing bass. I have been and always will be a lead guitarist first, so while I appreciate the amount of emails I've gotten from people either asking me if I want to play bass for them, try out for some band, fill in on bass, etc. I am not interested at this point in time. Thank you all for thinking of me but because of past experiences I am really not into playing bass anymore. KEEP ruined my bass playing experience, so unless I find something really special about the music, I'm really good friends with someone in the band, or it's to audition for a signed band that I really like....I don't see myself onstage with a bass anytime soon....I'm extremely happy playing guitar in MONTAG and I'm having way too much fun playing guitar....Thank you, and please come out and see MONTAG live !!!!.

I've got some bad news to report. Our show scheduled of September 4th at Legends had to be pushed back to October due to a scheduling conflict. There was nothing I could know I don't cancel shows unless there's not other alternative. We're sorry to disappoint any of you who were making plans to come out and see us, but we're still playing Septemeber 2nd (next Friday) at the Zaraka Lounge. Their address and phone number are:

Zaraka Lounge
715 S. 21st Ave.
Hollywood, FL. 33020

See you there !!!

MONTAG is hard at work in the studio finishing up thier yet to be titled full length album. They're hoping to have it done by the end of Septemeber and if things keep moving the way they are it looks like everything will be on schedule. Keep checking back for more updates.

We've got some shows coming up and we'll be playing alongside Chicken For Chico ( ....GO THERE NOW !!!) . The dates are as follows:

9/2/05 - Zaraka Lounge
9/4/05 - Legends
9/24/05 - Scene Stage and Sound
9/30/05 - Sofa Kings

That's all the news for now. Later. (*IMPORTANT* ....We will not be playing at Gumwrappers on 8/20/05 due to lineup changes...Sorry.)

A few updates for ya. The first thing is, the domain names, , , and will not be working anymore in the near future, so please use from now on. Second I've got some big news coming soon from the world of MONTAG. We'll be opening up for a very well known metal band in August. As soon as I get the date I'll post right here. Trust's pretty fuckin' sick. Next thing I'd like to address is that we (MONTAG) will be hitting the local scene hard. By the middle/end of next month we'll be playing out a lot so there will be plenty of chances for everyone to come check us out. We've got a show scheduled for August 20th at Gumwrappers in Fort Lauderdale. So please....get off your asses.

Well...we (MONTAG) finally had our first show together....Things went ok...None of us could hear ourselves, but we managed to pull it didn't go as smoothly as I would have liked, but I'm glad we made it through the night...And a few people I didn't know told me we sounded pretty good and that meant a lot...Next time it'll be better....Oh...and congrats to Lost, My Love ? on winning the "Battle Of The Bands"...You guys kicked some serious ass...That's all I've gotta say for to ya later.

I finally got my 6505 head and cabinets from Peavey....All I gotta say is this...any of you guys that come out to see my band play...wear earplugs !!!....This thing is fucking joke....and I've always played loud...but this amp brings new meaning to making your ears bleed...this is your first, last, and only warning !!!!...With that aside...Hope to see you all out there on June 24th at Sofa Kings Sports Bar...We go on around Midnight....but you should check out the other bands playing...they all kick ass...I'm outta here for now...Talk to ya later.

I traded in my PRS McCarty for another Les Paul...Those of you who know me knew this was gonna happen sooner or later...I mean...You can't beat a Les Paul...But I must say...The Fernandes Ravelle (in my opinion) is the closest thing to that "Les Paul sound"...I put my Ravelles up against my Les Pauls all the time and it's the only guitar that stands up to it...So I suggest any of you guitarists out there looking for something that kicks some serious ass and has an even cooler look to it...Check out the Fernandes Ravelle...and I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do...I'm outta here for now...Later.

Just a quick update for our show scheduled on June 24th....We're now going to be going on last, the show is 21 and over, and it'll be a $5 cover....That's all the news for now....Check back again soon...Later.

I recorded the guitar tracks for two songs last night (Voices In The Rain and Loved). Everything went smoothly...Next Monday I'll finish two more songs (Fallen and I.Q.)....That's all the news for now....Check back again soon....Later.

I'd like to welcome Hipshot to my musical family....If any of you guys play guitar or bass I suggest you check them out....they make a lot of great products....I'll have more news for you all in a few days...I'm outta here for now...Later.

A few quick updates...First, I will be entering the studio with MONTAG to begin recording their new demo...I'll be handling all the guitar and bass duties on this....As soon as it's done I'll post some of the songs on here...I'm also getting ready to start playing out again....I'm getting a whole new wardrobe, new amp, and even a few new guitars....So when you all come out and see me I'll look different...yet again....That's all the news for now....Talk to ya later....I'm outta here.

Just to clear a few things up, I am no longer a member of the band DEMENXIA....It wasn't gonna work out, and I wish those guys the best of luck, and I really enjoyed the time I spent with them....Sorry it ended the way it other news....MONTAG is looking for a new bassist ...So anyone that's interested, go check them out here ~> ....anyways...Just to give you some info on the other guys in MONTAG, J.J. (Nichols/ Drummer) is a REAL fact, I consider him a percussionist because he's at a higher level than most of the drummers I've played with....And Dave.....he's just a monster......his vocal ability is amazing and mentally he's just as fucked up as I am (which probably isn't a good thing....I mean...two huge guys that can crush you that think the same way.....I pity whoever fucks with us)......So as a whole....the band is coming together nicely........More news coming soon.

I am officially a member of the band MONTAG ...As for right now I'm learning their material and preparing for a show on May 22, 2005 at The Coliseum....After that we'll be heading out on tour through the West Coast with dates in Lousiana, Texas, California, Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado...When we return we'll be doing the "Freaks Afloat" (I think that's what it's called...Dave would know...but my mind is well...teetering on the brink...hehe) show (a sick show on a cruise ship), and then we'll head out to tour the East Coast...And in September/October...We'll be in Europe....So I'm gonna be a busy man really soon...Check back for all the tour dates....they'll be posted as soon as I get them.

Big news coming really soon. I don't wanna post anything until it's all confirmed....But I'll say this...It'll blow your mind.

Just a few quick updates...I've been writing some new material with DEMENXIA and getting their current material down so when we start playing live the band will be really tight...I've also heard that a few of my ex-bandmates have been running their mouth about me...Let me clear something up right now...I don't need to mention your fucking band and what I did with you to get my endorsements...And since you've got selective memory let me lay it out for you...I got my endorsement with Fernandes while I was still playing with you guys...I got my Peavey endorsement after I left the band after contacting their Artist Relations...I know you're all sore after I made a comment on your message board, and I'm not suprised...what I said was the only bit of truth on that whole fucking website.

Wow...A lot is goin' on...I'd like to start off by wishing everyone a Happy New Year and I hope you all had a nice Holiday Season as well....Now on to the news...As I stated before I've been playing guitar for DEMENXIA, and we're workin' hard getting the band back in order and writing new material....I've also got a new endorsement with Peavey , so you'll be seeing me with Peavey Amps onstage from now on....More news coming soon...Talk to ya later.

Well....I've been quite busy the past few weeks. When I'm not doing "Intern Work" at Powerstation Studio , or writing new music I'm learning all the guitar parts for DEMENXIA . That's right, I'm going to be playing guitar for the death metal band DEMENXIA. If you're into bands like Slayer, Morbid Angel, Deicide, Cannibal Corpse, etc. then you'll love this band. Check back soon, because we hope to be out playing shows within the next few months. That's all the news for now. And remember....STAY METAL !!!!!
